I have to upgrade my pump with my new tank. Currently running a mag 12 and I am barely getting any flow out of it after it leaves the sump enters the chiller and then back into the tank. What would you recommend for the same type of set up on the new 90 gallon sps dominated tank?

Just a shot here but if it's the chiller that's the problem why not simply get a separate pump for the chiller? Seems to me your sump temp will be at the same temp as your main tank (as long as you have flow going down there) so should be fine to simply chill the sump as needed.

I agree with SFSU, run a separate pump for the chiller and run it back to the sump into your return area. The mag 12 should then be more than enough. You might have to dial it down a bit, actually. :)
