Had the worst day ever........my car broke yesterday(being TD, i know it's gonna be a sh#t load to fix), took my other (project) car to work, got home and the car brokedown in the driveway.......now I'm really pissed, no problem one look at my tank and I will calm down.......

THEN I really pissed myself, my regal tang got whitespot after 2 month in my tank.(ok I though, this could be fixed). Went to the fridge, got their food and starting by giving my fish food.(still thinking about the bloody cars) then I noticed there was almost noone coming to the dinner party, looked around and could not spot 3 of my clown fish. WHERE COULD THEY BE.

Found them............all 3 went into a new 3500l/h powerhead I put in the tank. (so you could just imagine what they looked like). Had a moment of silence and got out the booze.

This morning I founf yet another victom, another one of my clowns(the smallest fellow and my favourite) died from whitespot, there was nothing on him yesterday and today he's f#rked.

I do have a q tank, but because everything was running so well in my tank and I was not planning on adding anything till the end of the month, I took it down.

It's days like to today I wonder why I started with fishtank, then I remembered that this must of been the 20th time I asked myself this and yet I still have them. I wonder if life with fishtanks will ever get any better.

I feel your pain. A couple weeks ago I did a "safe" chemi-clean treatment in my tank and it ended up killing 4 corals. I did a water change and my tank started leaking out the bottom. Friday I drove to work and my front left wheel started making a loud rubbing noise. I limped home and got in another car and headed to work. Halfway there the engine temp. skyrocketed in about 15 sec's and steam was coming out the hood. After the car cooled I saw that a hose from the radiator to the engine had slipped off its coupling. So I put it back on, tightened it, and filled the radiator. The next day I was driving to hockey and the same exact thing happened again. It was at this point when I started wondering if life is worth the hassle. Anyway, I am glad to hear it is not just me, though I am very sorry this had to happen to you. Good luck with the recovery.

glad to hear i'm not the only one, had my two cars looked at tonight, the merc is gonna set me back $3000 (i think not to good with currency) and my project car for the past year +- $1500. so all and all the **** is just starting, at least my regal seems to be doing well.

Oh ye, I had 5 clowns two day ago now there is only one, lost 3 to the powerhead and now tonight one is just MIA, inspected the serial killer, but the powerhead left no forensic evidence. He is quite small, but no way in hell he just up and dissapear without a trace.

Really not in a mood to pack up all the rock and look for him, still hoping his just scoring with some crab, but I think the chances of me finding him is about as good as america finding weapons of mass distruction(and the bombs are way bigger than my clown)

Hi andy, thanks, but I will wait some time on the clowns again, seems God does not want me to own clowns, this thread is gonna start reading like some stephen king ****.

I took out the big powerhead last night seeing as I beleive in guilty until proven innocent. Well this morning......F@cking beleive it or not, my last bloody remaining clown went into one of my other less powerfull powerheads.

It's starting to look more like a mass suicide to me, than something I did wrong in my life. Anyone ever heard of deppresion in clowns. And the funny thing is the regal is starting too look really good. Just need to get some more stuff to dose the whitespot and he should be all fixed up. But this clown thing is really getting me down.

Everything else is doing great, I have a mandarin that is as happy as a pig in mud.......just the clowns.

Any fish psychiatrist out there?????
