White Spot in Reef Aq

Hi, to my senior, I have question. I have marine fishes in reef tank. I have read an article that say :The fishes can "attack" the white spot by their "power". Is it true? I can not move my fish because they hide in the live rock. I don't like to add something to my tank, because my coral reef will die...
