New MH - Lighting Period?

Just upgraded my 16g from an 80w Orbit PC (selling below btw) - to a Subpod 150w (it is awesome). I adjusted my lighting schedule from 12pm -> 12am w/ the PC's to 4PM to 10PM with the new 14k MHs....

Does that sound good?

I'd do:
1st wk - 4pm - 8pm
2nd wk on - 4pm - 10pm
