Hi, i was just wondering if anyone had any idea about keeping these? i wanna get them, but need to know how suitable they would be in my tank? at the moment i am aclimatising the first inhabitants, a pair of amphiprion percula, with the idea of a reef setup, inc. corals and other inverts, i have a 160 litre tank with plenty of rockwork, a pair of twin blue/white actinic VHO t5's, a fluval 205 canister and a redsea prism skimmer, and an aquaclear 50 powerhead, with a second to go in.

can include a picture if you need it

cheers

I don't forsee any problems with keeping a pair in the tank you have planned, though they'll disturb your sandbed and eat small species of crabs and ornamental shrimp.

hmmm, see that's what i was worried about, i can find little info on them, and what i do find seems to be contradictory, i'vr seen max. sizes cited as between 4" and 12" and there has been no mention of invert predation. i was planning on getting 3 or 4 cleaners next week, and i don't want them eaten.

sand bed can be a problem as i have set up rockwork on top of the substrate, and i can just see then bringing the whole of the rockwork down and out through the side of the tank..........

IMO probably just get scooters or sommat
