I have read a bit about it at the zeovit.com forum. Seems like way to much trouble to me.

It's seems to be a bit tricky. One of our club members tried it for awhile and stopped. I think some find that the cost doesn't justify the benefit.

Personally, I don't care too much for the bleached/pastel look that some Zeovit tanks tend to have.

Did it work for your club member? The whole thing seems a bit snake oil-ish to me.

I have always wondered why use this product and I'm def. not knocking it, if you can't keep sps corals then this is supposed to make you able to keep them. Love the pastel comment.. I've noticed that too. Some of the colors are just this side of insane, but some don't look natural to me.

To me the main idea behind this system, seems to be all about low nutrients.

Lots of water changes, heavy skimming, lots of chemical filtration, and flow.

The principle behind basic reef aquariums, just done over the top. I am using a lot of chemical filtration right now. 4 units of Chemi-Pure for a 55 gallon tank. I do see a differnce in my corals colors. Some appear to change colors lighter or darker. Both in positive and negative ways.

I am going to develope my own 'vit' system. "PatrickVit"

I don't remember who it was, but one of the speakers at IMAC supported the method for great coloration, and followed that comment up with an I'd never use it. Kind of funny.
Seems a bit Marc Wise to me.
