i have a friend who let his rose colored bta start bleaching it seems, and i was wondering if there was any way to un bleach it? ??? it still has a pink hue to it and its now in my tank and latched to the rock quickly, it still responds to food and all and seems to eat normally, also with this bleached bta effect my normal (healthy) one??

IF it still has some colore that is good. The best you can do is keep the water quality good, keep the lighting up and feed it. Did your friend do any thing to his tank, like chage the bulbs, reciently?

i agree with waz :) Id feed it a lil part of shrimp or some frozen brine once a week for a few months, if that often.

It shouldn't affect your healthy one.

BTW.. what lighting do you have on the tank where the anemone is housed?

i have 2x150 hqi, and 4x96 pc 2 daylight 2 acts. he has a MH not sure of specs he has a corner tank.... but he isn't the most careful of host for some of his animals i have no idea what he did to kill off his most of his stock, he likes to add chemicals for everything..... but not my tank... /shrug
