Well, May I join this forum? I hope so. I have kept marine fishes and reefs for 2 years. My name is Antony. You can call me Leo.
So the questions are:
1. I have mandarin fish, I read that white spot can not live on the body of Mandarin Fish, right? Because I saw some spot in his body. And sometime the colour becomes white....why??
2. How long should I move my fishes from the main tank?
3. I saw some white spots on the body of my seahorse. White spots ( chryptocaryon ) or normal pattern?

I've seen Mandarins succomb to ich (white spots). However, if it's just a couple and doesn't grow out of hand, it might just be substrate particulate stuck on its scales. Same with your seahorse.

I'm not sure what question #2 is asking.

Mandarin can look like a dead fish at night. They can also have sand on their body especially in the morning when they first get up.

Pictures would be helpful.

Maybe he has them in a quarantine tank? In that case I'd say in about 2-3 weeks.
