Need help identifying growth - cancerous??

Hi all,

Posted pics of my cinnamon clown on another thread and someone was mentioning the pinkish bump he has, and someone else said it could be cancer. I know you can't really tell from just a picture, but could someone check out this pic and see if I should be concerned? I'll doublecheck old pics, but I'm pretty sure he's always had the pinkish color, just not sure about the bump...

I usually associate such growths / bumps with parasitic worms, but this one shown is quite strange looking due to its size. Might I suggest you ask Kelly about this over at her forum.
