hey everyone whats up? i finally finished wiring up my tank and installing my calcium reactor. i have a knop c calcium reactor with american marine ph controller and also a ph monitor. what is the right way to hook up the reactor ,shoul;d i use the controller or just the monitor and do i keep the reactor on 24-7 or how should i hook it up? thanks any advice would be great and maybe some help would be even better, thanks again derm p.s. dont miss out on romeos birthday party at the connecting bar saturday night

Hey Derm,

I would use the controller on the calcium reactor and then use the monitor for your tank.

You plug your regulator into the adapter coming out of the controller.
Then you set the PH on the controller to the desired setting, which can be different depending on the media that you are using. For instance I use ARM media and set my controller (AC Jr.) to keep the PH in the 6.8 - 7.0 range (Turning on @ 6.8 and turning off @ 7.0)
