i ordered 60 pounds and i got about 10 pounds of rubble i ordered from premiumaquatics.com and they claim to not ship with any rubble, that all rubble is created during shipping. do i have a right to complain, or is that what i should have expected?

PA is a quality company and wouldn't intentionally put rubble in the box. IME a certain amount of rubble is inevitable due to the shipping process.

Send them a photo and ask if it is normal. If not, you or they might be able to make a claim from the shipper.

i agree, take a pic and ask them. i have bought from premium. they are a good company, i dont think they would purposefully ship that much rubble rock. live rock is fragile and can break if ups or fedex isnt careful handling the boxes.

did you get transhipped rock or were they reboxed? i usually get rocks in the original boxes they came into the usa with, they are long rectangular boxes.

thanks for your input guys.. just to give an update, i contacted premium aquatics showed them pictures of what i recieved and they split the cost of the broken rubble with me. they credited me back 5 pounds of the 10 which i think is very fair of them.
