Dyed Coral?

I will post a pic later this week when I go past the LFS again. I cant understand why anyone would want something so artificial in a tank, its like putting one of those plastic treasure chests or shipwrecks in there...
Tracy, I have my name down for a piece like the one in the thread you posted, but this one looks a whole lot more natural, and not quite as bright. The colours are definitely less even than in that pic. Pics of that also to come and I'll rely on all of your judgement before considering it (Although I'm pretty put off by this whole incident already...)

When I first saw a dyed leather I thought it was the brightest coral I had ever seen before and was amazed. The LFS employee was quick to tell me that it was dyed and I walked away without looking back...
