Micro-bubble madness

I'm struggling with this right now and the only sure solution has been to use a filter sock. My sump has a bubble trap, but the micro-bubbles go right through it. Too much flow through the sump?

What other solutions do you guys use?

Cut back flow or add more baffles and your problems should go away.

I added an upside down 90 elbow on the inside of my skimmer box. This made micro bubbles from the skimmer almost non-existant. I'm going to try to cut back the flow of the return and submerge it a bit to help with the bubbles it makes.
