Asterina star. Run a search, and then decide whether or not you can live with them. They seem harmless, accept in plague proportions.

Would they do this they seem to be fine three weeks ago but they look like they may me on the way out?

Huh, those zoas look bleached to me rather than chewed on.

The short version is it is usually a stress reaction that causes the coral to loose its symbiotic zooxantheallae and thus look "bleached". Water quality, heat, new lights/older bad lights, coral chemical warfare could all be causes.
