hole drilling help

I'm having an acrylic 180 tank customized for me. The tanks dimensions are 72X24X24. There will be a closed loop system for making water movement with two scwds providing the alternating waves. The pump is a reeflo dart. They are going to ask me where I would like the holes drilled in the tank. Where should I place the holes and how many for optimum wave action for a sps or lps reef system? i have a 180 gallon tank and my holes are 11 inches from each end. i have 4 holes 2 are 3/4th in holes and 2 are 1 inch holes the 3/4th holes and the 1 inch holes are 5 and 3/4 of a inch apart.
