Friend or foe

I was cleaning out my refugium the other day and I found 3 of these little buggers. They are about 2 inches long. I have a lot of bristle worms and these kind of resemble one except that they are black and have what appears to be little suckers around their heads. So whats the verdict, friend or foe?

wow, that is a neat worm. i dont know but i would guess it is a friend, most worms are. i wouldnt want to hang out with it tho

It looks like the foes I have read about. Not for certain, but when I am not certain with my tnak, out it goes.
