How long will it take these corals to get to 5in (if they are 2 to 3in when I get them)?

How would you remove "Polyps" from an area that you don’t want them?

Given good lighting, healthy & happy coral, as well as moderate feeding; I will guess a couple of months; however, I don't really know (probably not overnight ). :)

What type of polyps? All corals have polyps, however, I think you mean Zooanthids or mushrooms; which requires a razor blade or a blowtorch (or other polyp killing device).

So you would cut them at the base or peal them off?
When I was talking about “Polyps” I was thinking Colony Polyps (I think that’s what you call them) :D .

How do you supplement Iodine, Strontium and Trace Elements (and if you can test for them some how vary new to corals)?
Also what is a good Calcium supplement?

Thanks!

OK! lol lots of questions.

Now iv been reading up on plankton...

Micro-plankton is not one type of plankton (so when a site says feed micro-plankton what is it talking about?).
Phytoplankton is a plant (corals are carnivores right?).

Try starting a new thread. That tends to catch attention more easily. :)
