OK, I have added a cleanup crew now, 8 turbo snails, 8 astria snails, 6 blue leg hermits, 6 crimson leg hermits, 2 fighting conchs, 4 nessarius snails.
I also have added the two 1200 powerheads, and blasted the live rock off as suggested, I siphoned as much of the slime algae out as I could, and it is lookign better.
I also added a phospho-zorb pad to my filter, even though I read close to 0 phosphates, I did not test for silicates (dont have that test kit) , and I am pretty sure I introduced that with my sand.
We will see if it comes back now.
Going to get a few more blue leg hermits, and a serpent star next week.
