Newly discovered flasher wrasse

There's actually a lot of fish out there left to be discovered or ID'ed. You would think that we've seen it all by now, but we're still finding new species, even in shallow waters. Each year, there's a few new imports into our hobby that were nonexistent (or virtually so) before.
