Did you check your parameters? Its a long shot but double check everything like ammonia, ph, ect. It might help.
True story, my tank had a bad case of ick too. I tried reef safe ick medication but to no effect. All my fish had it. When i checked my PH, it was dangerously low. I immediately added baking soda, and ALL the ick dissapeared overnight. No lie. Not one white spot. Even my blue tang lost all its ick. Alot of people tell me no matter what you do there will always have ick living in everyone's tank but they will attack your fish if they are stessed or have a weak immunity to begin with.
Just my 2 dollars.
