Where can I get 1.25" bulkheads?

Weird thing, I need a bulkhead for a hole size 1.75". While normally, that would take a 1" bulkhead, there was a 1.25" bulkhead in there but with a missing nut. I was wondering if there are any places that have these. MarineDepot and Savko, which is where I am planning to order bulkheads from, don't carry 1.25".

Anyone know?

P.S. If I can't find 1.25", I'll just go with 1" but it's always nice to go bigger.

Is it tempered glass? if not you can use a tile bit on a dremel/rotozip and make the hole big enough for a 1.5"

Bingo, that was the first thought in my head too. But it's on the bottom of a AGA tank. Tempered.

I might just end up going with 3/4" returns and 1" inch drains. Or maybe I'll make all four of them drains (two 1" and two 3/4" drains).

AES has some discount Bulkheads along with uniseals but I didn't see a 1-1/4" Bulkhead though, gave the link to it just in case you could dig it up.

Just to warn you make sure you order the loose fitting as your not having it installed to save any trouble or delays from US Plastics.

Hmm, I can't find the size required for the bulkheads at US plastics. I'll have to e-mail them about it.

My bad, I missed the part about the hole size all the 1-1/4" ones i found use a 2-3/8" hole.
