The BBB file doesn't really say much to me. There was two incidence, one of which the BB determined was appropriately addressed (but the customer was still unsatisfied) and another incident concerning their product which they never responded to.
I did get my money back...Paypal/mastercard filed a chargeback with GC's
merchant services company...
I was told from Paypal that the Merchant Services said that they have had so
many chargebacks and complaints about glasscages..they dont even try to
dispute the chargebacks anymore..
