I have a red sea Burlin skimmer and it is filling the top with water .It will run fine for a week or so and then it fills and runs over any help

If it is the Turbo, it is because the air intake gets restricted and the water level raises all the way up causing an overflow. I'm sure the same could happen with the regular Berlin if the air intake gets clogged(even for a moment).
A dead critter, caulerpa going sexual, or snails spawning can cause a skimmer to go nuts. So does the use of dechlorinators will make it go crazy.
