Good observation. I'm wondering if it's because they're from the Red Sea. Maybe litle juveniles just don't make the journey. :?
I see little A. lineatus all the time, and it's a rare specimen that is NOT emaciated and looking ready to die. They're a pain in the butt to nurse back to health.
