Those corals are not growing. They do not have good color. The reason I am concerned about the coraline is the SPS will not attach to the LR either. That is the common thing there.

THere is a montipora cap in there that I have had for 2+ years. In a year it might have grown 1/2 inch. That is not good or even OK growth for that coral from what I have seen.

The blue tort is still pale and light lavendar, the pink stylo is turning brown. The green/teal acro is brown. The bali slimer is just there. I have a light brown monti with purple polyps that you cant tell that it has purple polyps anymore without getting really close to it. Its very sad.

From all you posted you appear to be doing all the right things. There is some evidence that some leathers will have a negative impact on SPS if in the same tank. Not sure if that one leather you have in there would be enough to make a difference. Has it been doing well? Have the LPS in youtank been growing?

The frogspawn grow and the leather has been the same for years. The SPS dont.

This is suppose to be a hobby. If your bored with your tank, redo it. Come up with a new theme. Bring in some more live rock, some large pieces, boulders. Switch over to hard corals. Make a Indo- pacific reef. Pretend you have a new tank like Len.

Its not the fact of bored its the fact of lack of progress.

I should pretend I have a tank like Len though.
