im going to be adding a fuge to my 90 gallon tank fairly soon and i was lookin for some feed back on my design. all comments are welcome. the tank im going to be using is a 30 gallon the first black box is my skimmer feed pump and the second is my return. the outlet for the skimmer will go into the main intake on the left. the long line is my heater cause i cant think of a place to stick it.

Your design looks good, but I'd make the following couple revisions:
1. I'd reduce the height a little bit (few inches) for the baffle right before the refugium area. You don't need the baffle that high, and lowering it will encourage more water flow into the lower sections of the fuge section.
2. You mention the outlet of the skimmer will go back into the main intake section on the left. That would mean you're refeeding skimmed water through your skimmer. This is okay, but probably not the most efficient technique. I'd personally have the skimmer outlet feed into the refugium section.
