Has any 1 seen limpets reproduce?

I have 2 of them in my nano and they are always together.....I would love to see some offspring.:bunnies::bunnies::bunnies::bunnies::bunnies::bunnies:

They are pretty cool inverts for people who aren't afraid of them...;)

they reproduce by releasing eggs and sperm into the water. this is done via the hole on the top of the shell. when stressed you will readily be able to see it.

I was doing a wate change and the water happened to be 5 degrees different from the tank and all of asudden the fireworks began.this was not done on purpose by the way.
since then I have witnessed several exchanges, some fish love it.
according to some experts (calfo,fenner,etc..) when stressed certain animals behave in that manner ex. clams,corals,snails......

enjoy it is a site to see,by the way i have tons all over,those that don't get eaten.
