tunze nanostreams

Hi, just setting up a tank and ive just put 2 nanostreams in, they start off working fine - if a little noisy but after a few minutes they cut out and then sometimes start up again a few minutes later... is this a common problem with a simple solution or should I just return them?

If you just bought them and you are having problem I would look to return them.

Give Roger @ Tunze a call, or post up on RC in their section - they are GREAT at helping out with any issues, answering questions, or getting a replacement to get you back up on your feet!

as already posted, i'd speak with roger and get those replaced.

ime, they only make the slightest hum. on start up, if they spin the wrong way there is some chatter but the magnet gets "re-seated" and then they are silent.

Roger is in Europe until mid September. When he's back, he'll replace your pump with no problem.
