My anemone recently died, and I dont know if it had anything to do with it, but I noticed that one of the eyes of my clownfish was very very large, and it is very noticeable and kind of disturbing, what would be wrong with it?

It could be Popeye which is common in Clark's and Saddleback Clowns research popeye disease that may answer your question.

Sounds like popeye. I could be a bacterial infection or pH shock. Sometimes they heal on their own, but other times you need to move the clown to a separate hospital tank to administer antibiotics.
