I just got a orange linkia. Are there other reef safe stars I can get? Would like to get a scavenger type.

never had a problem with Serpent Stars and with the exception of the green ones*, Brittle Stars...

*most green Brittle Stars I've owned, I've caught posing in basket trap positions at night- the fact that most times I didt have a fish small enough for them to trap is besides the point - I've heard of more than one nabbing a fish that thought it was a safe place to sleep

I will definitely second the serpent stars! I've got two myself and they're one of the scavengers in my tank, I feel. Mine are just dull purple and dull orange but I've seen really brightly colored ones including striped. Brittles are nice scavengers too, but like mentioned above, stay away from the greens! ;)

One possible problem with multiple reef-safe stars is they will likely compete for food. Linkias are tough on their own, but it depends on the size and age of your tank.
