I'm looking to sell some frags I've got (mostly leather, a few with _bright_ green neon tips) and am wondering where I can get top dollar for them. Ebay? Frags.org? I could sell to the LFS, but haven't historically gotten much for them.

Thanks!

If you aren't in any rush, frags.org is the best place. eBay is very hit and miss. Generally, you don't get top dollar unless you have a "designer" named coral.

Look around to see if there is a local reef community in your area. Most people prefer to get corals from other hobbiest as opposed to local fish stores.

The For Sale forums in the reef discussion boards are a good place.

I've done OK shifting stuff on Craigslist or local groups. I'm not looking for top dollar and I don't want the hassle of shipping.

I need a new name for Colt Coral though as it doesn't always get snapped up the way it used too.

I'm curious what the coral market is across the country for "non-designer" type stuff.. I know I'm spoiled over here on the left coast and all, but I wouldn't pay $20 for something like pulsing xenia, yet if you shipped it it'll cost more than that just for shipping charges.
