i had a ph issue last month which caused some of my coralline to turn white, but new coralline grew over it already, however, i don't think it was spotty like that but i'm not sure. how is your alk?
My alk and pH are good. But I know what bleaching out coralline looks like. This is just different. It's doesn't just have white spots. It actually has white bumps. It's pretty weird.
Could something be eating it? I got an urchin to eat an alga I though was cool 'till it starting covering up my favorite purple SPS. It did eat the alga, after it ate all the coraline.
