I'm torn between gutting the sandbed for Bare bottom, or just keeping the back of the tank clear
I did this before with good results, sandbed in front of tank for looks, and the back was kept clear with a rio 2500
The rio eventually melted, I'm not sure if they still do this, the tank is a 75g, so a rio 2500 would be enough to keep the back of the tank clear
the other option is a closed loop added, with a SCWD and outlets on both ends
thoughts? I'm leaning towards adding a simple closed loop with PVC over the back of the tank, I've got a couple external pumps in the 1200 gph range[/u]
