Salt mixes and Phosphates

They claim to be phosphate free but are they really?I'm using Seachem and notice nusinace algae the day after a water change.Using RO/DI water.Tests come out zero for phosphates.Thinking of trying RC or IO salt to see if things improve.Added some Cheatomorpha to the main tank to help things along.Lights on only 9 hours a day.

I use ro/di, io salt, have cheato,feed every other day and lights on 8 hours and also notice some algae but not anything a magfloat can't take of every week
