Rusty hardware on the stand?

Hey guys,

I noticed that the some hardware, screws and what not, on the stand are getting rusty. Do you have this problem? The sump area seems very humid and there is always some splashes going on when I'm doing some work so it seems unavoidable, but I just want to check.

When I built my stand I used screws meant for the outdoor so it won't rust.

well this stand came with these screws, so I assumed it was water safe. Seems that there are some that are water proof and some that arent.
