I just purchased a RO/DI filter system like that one off EBAY. Its a 6 Stage. I feel I have it connected correctly but the amount of water being filtered off is like.. Almost nothing.... lol.. A Few Drips a little stream sometimes.. but other than that Its not steady at all... IS this normal? the FLUSH Valve on the other hand is Blasting through Gung HO!

Check the ratio of waste water to the filtered water, it should be 1:3 to 1:6, depends on your water temperate, the type of membrane, etc.

Also check the GPD by measure the amount of RO per ten minutes, and multiply it by 144.

The RO output is pretty slow, and that is why a storage tank is needed if you want to use it for drinking.

should the peach discharge line be at a 90 degree angle or Straight when I'm making water?

If you are talking about the valve, it should be at 90 degrees, or in the closed position. This is what puts the correct amount of pressure on the membrane. Turn it to the open position only when you wish to flush the membrane. I also had one of the saddle valves that come with these to get clogged over time. I eventually replaced it with a larger valve and water line feeding the unit, reducing it to the 1/8" tubing only when I was just a few feet from the unit itself. This seemed to give me quite a bit more pressure. The Filtersdirect Ebay store sells a inline pressure gauge that would also prove useful in determining your beginning pressure and pressure between the prefilters and membrane. This could help you determine if you might need a booster pump and also when your micron filter is starting to get clogged and in need of changing.
