Heaters?

Hi guys,
just after some advice on good quality heaters.
i have purchased a Hydor THEO 300w heater and would like to know how other people find them?
i still need another 300w heater so am interested in other quality heaters as well. i have never used a Hydor before but i had a jager heater once that stuck ON and fried some nice fish.
what heaters do people here stand by?

I've got ebo's. they're on a temp controller, so there's no way they can fry the fish.

A $80 ranco is well worth it if you know your heater will shut off if it ever sticks.
