Long web like thing

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone can help. I have this thing in my tank that looks like a long piece of hair or spider web. It appears to be growing out of the rock. Everytime I pick it off, it just grows back (very quickly). Now it appears that I have another one.

What you have is a Spaghetti Worm. These are common and harmless. The web is what tentacles they spit out to capture particulates in the water to eat.
