Water Change Flowrate

Im making a sort of automated water change for my 210 and 125. The max flow is about 2gpm on the flow meter. Is that OK. I mean is it a good rate to change out water? Other than slow? I can do 10gpm with the pump Im using. Is that too fast?

IMO as long as the water your introducing matches the tanks water it really doesnt matter how fast you add it. How fast do you want to be one with your water changes?
