What skimmer would you reccomend for a 90 gallon reef?

Rules are it has to be less than $250 Dollars.
Ideally. It has to be WAY less than 250 dollars.

Tech Tank is a higher end product line of Oceanic. IIRC it is a 3 sided Starphire tank.
