where do i get the stuff i need to make this mod? home depot or lowes? what exactly do i need?

Ok the stuff is called Enkamat.. Most use PF4 for the mod.


Does anyone have a few extra inches of this stuff laying around? If so drop me a pm. I'll pay for it + shipping. Premium Aquatics has it .. for $4 but by the time i add shipping it was $14!!
