You can get a retrofit for cheaper. All this unit really is, is a 250w DE halide w/ 4 blue LEDs. You don't know what ballast is on it and the reflector looks pretty crappy. You obviously also know that the bulb will be 'el cheapo'.
I personally would only use it for the ballast, LEDs, and fans; however, you can get all those for cheaper. If you are getting it for the 'look' (the housing), it really is a eventual 'waste' of money in the long run since you are loosing output with a poor reflector/ballast.
You want a cheap setup that's somewhat decent quality and not an arm and a leg more? Try hellolights, 250w ARO electronic ballast $100, polished DE reflector with glass $40 + bulb of your choice from the start. If you're going to swap the bulb anyways it's only $40 more (plus wiring if you don't have lying around maybe $5-10 on top of that) Granted it won't have any LEDs in them, but IMO blue leds are really overrated and an real easy and cheap DIY addon
i purchased an ebay chinese coralife knock-off fixture. the fixture was ok, but the ballast was junk. my opinion on the one you are interested in- they are cutting corners somewhere.
