Koralia 4 with sreen or without

Should i run them with the front sreen on or leave off. With the screens on the flow is more straight ahead with them off its more of a turbulence. What the consensus with or without front screens?

I like them without the screens since with them on it seems to focus the flow more.

I thought part of the purpose for that was to help screen it from fish going inside. I leave mine on all the time now,, tried a timer once,, so it's not an issue anymore. The other thing that helped me make a decision was the fact that they eventually blew off and I was fishing around for the damn thing that went to the darkest deepest corner of my tank.

They are not meant to be run on a wavemaker and they will be ruined if you use them on one.
