Removing hood for 24g nanocube..

Picked one up used and before I bust it up I was hoping someone could shed some light on it for me...

I have a 12g and with that you just leave it closed and pull towards you if I remember correctly.

This one doesn't look like that will fly.


Wanna do the LED mod on it so I can set them up on separate timers.. :?

I've read you have to pop it off. Close it, insert a screwdriver on the rear hinge, and twist it gently to pop it loose. I've never done this though and don't want to be liable
