need help finding a thread

it was an admin, if i remember correctly, that created very thin, space saving, surface skimming, overflows on the back of his tank.
can anyone tell me who that is, and/or link me to that thread please?

Inside or outside of the tank?

Try googling "calfo overflow" as that's what it's often referred to as.

I think Matt_ also did something similar recently. Can't find the thread it was in, but I have a feeling it was a smaller tank that the ChrisRD version. Might even have been in a existing thread that he posted it. :?
