Anyone have an idea if the 2 part epoxy will stick rock to glass? I had an idea to put some corals on the short side of the tank due to its position from where I sit at my desk. Didn't want to make a rubble wall there, I have some thin flat dry rock and I thought I could make "shelves" at different levels for smaller frags.

Thanks...

Maybe if you added some superf glue too and held it there for awhile.

My guess is that it wouldn't hold up for long. It could lead to an avalanche.

:( prolly. It seems to be Calfo had a way to do it in one of his books but I can't for the life of me remember. Siliconed in prior to the tank's being filled maybe.

 Too late for that. Meh, I'll figure sumptin' out. I really want to utilize that area, because from where I am sitting I look more through the tank than at it.

Or get some of those strong earth magnets and encase them silicone and epoxy over that. I have a few of those magnet frag rocks that stick to the side of my tank, I think the magnets themselfs are cheap.

(blinks) helluva idea Ben! I also thought I could set the large thin piece of dry rock on its edge, epoxy shelves where I want them and then put it in as a unit. Dunno if I'd like the look though.
