Hi. I got two xenias three days ago. The elongata is doing fine but the Pom-pom is a different story: The store had it in a very dark place, the stalk was long and has only four polyps.... when I asked for it the owner gave it to me as a gift
well I place it in my tank under the shade because I have Metal halides... next day I move it to the center of the tank right over the sand and it get shorter and started to pulse.... today it looks even shorter and I´m not sure I´m doing the right thing....
If it was in a dim light tank do I have to move it slower toward the light? I have 175w MH and the space between the light and the coral is about 35 inches now.
I really want the best for this Pom-pom and I don´t want to screw it.
Thanks
