I've lost several fish due to various things over the last few weeks (ive moved everything into a new 120g) my most recent loss is a small yellow eye tank :( I really liked this fish too!

that being said.. i had a feeling he wouldnt make it through the night. When i started looking for him this morning I noticed i couldn't find him. then i saw it. in the KITCHEN. Apparently with his last bit of strength he lept from the tank. flopped across 10 ft of carpet and found his final resting place in the kitchen. He's never attempted to be a "jumper" before.

having a rough time getting fish "unstressed" ALL the corals look great.. sps.. lps.. everything, the fish just aren't doing so hot. It's been about a month since the move now.

I suggest blocking the viewing areas of the tank assuming all water parameters are good (which I do since you mention all benthics being happy), perhaps with something like black plastic, or even newsprint. Either that fish was sick or something spooked it.

Sorry to here B, yellow eye tang, same as kole tang? I recently saw some when I was in Hawaii on the reef. They were the smallest of the tangs I saw. I saw a sailfin tang and couldnt believe how huge they were, they looked like huge dinner platers or something, it was nuts.

Anyhow I came home and my kole tang has some nasty legion on its side, I think it slept againt my vortech while I was on vacation or something becuase it looked very bad.

Best of luck with the remaining fish. Along with what seamaiden suggested some heavier enriched mixed feedings might help give the rest of the fish a boost.
