i know some of you will read this and say, "yeah i know what ya mean"....
but for those of you who don't - buckeye. its the place to go for RO/DI and anything related.
i want to thank russ again for his help out loud so everyone can hear me.... i have had this unit for now three years, and every time i reached out to Russ he has been there as fast as possible.
--i figured this was the best place to publically stage my message....

i screwed up. i cleaned my RO/DI system the other week, and guess what?
i hooked it up wrong... almost three years ago...... then i reeeeally hooked it up wrong....

once i finished bugging out of the 295+ppm that was coming out of my new resin, thanks mike for calming me down, i sent an email to russ, which was answered immediately. placed an order and it was sent the next day... then last night i finally got to test the system again and it was still crazy high out of the DI... sent russ another email and it was answered nearly straight away. (don't forget i'm in cali too!)
russ absolutly took control of the situation and just spent nearly an hour with me on the phone fine tuning my unit.... and taught me a few things too....
so, thanks russ. it is much appreciated....
