Good luck. The only thing you can do is catch it and administer antibiotics, but that might do more harm then good. Eye injuries tend to swell but get better pretty quickly on their own.
My water quality is good and i am feeding my foods dosed with vitamins and my algae sheets are garlic infused. Let's hope it heals well. At this point he is feeding well, so that's a good sign.
